Purchasing Info / FAQ ( to place an order please contact us )


1. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept PayPal or money orders in Canadian funds. Payment by money order will slow down the processing of your order since your jewellery will not be created or shipped until your money order has been received. 


 2. How will my order be shipped? We ship by Expresspost through Canada Post. This method is insured and trackable. Your signature is required upon receipt. We will advise you of the shipping costs to your location before you commit to your order. Each piece of jewellery is accompanied by information about the techniques used to create the work and any relevant  historical, scientific, or cultural lore. Contact, care, cleaning, and return instructions are enclosed in every package. Gift wrapping is available upon request.


 3. What is your returns policy? Custom designs are non-returnable, unless the return is due to a defect. A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. For all other orders, if you are not delighted with your jewellery contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of your order's receipt, and you may return the jewellery for a refund,  provided the jewellery is in its original, unworn condition. 


To obtain a refund, contact Anne M. Kelly Jewellery Design within 7 days of your order’s receipt to receive authorization for the return. The jewellery must be shipped in a secure, padded container by an insured and trackable shipping method. Unless the return is due to a defect, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping. International returns: Note on the return package's customs form that the item has been paid for and is being returned for a refund; include a copy of your receipt in the package.


Anne M. Kelly Jewellery Design reserves the right to refuse returns if the jewellery is not returned in its original, unworn condition.
